NIDA Quarterly Technical Expert Session (NIDA-TES) has the following aims:
• To formulate innovative pathways and strategic framework for the actualisation of Nigeria’s national infrastructure development programme;
• To provide a solid platform to intensify engagement with government, private sector, and multilateral organisations; with national and international experts towards enhancing infrastructure projects’ design and deliery processin Nigeria; and
• To engage with the global community in collaboration to Advance Global Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions in line with the resolutions of International Coalition for Sustainable Infrastructure, to advance practical solutions to adapt infrastructure to a changing climate, close the resilience investment gap and break down barriers to action across the globe.
i. Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA): Upscaling National Infrastructure Investments for Accelerated Economic Development of Nigeria;
ii. National Pension Commission (PENCOM): Key Considerations and Requirements for Investments of Pension Funds in Nigeria;
iii. Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE): Building Confidence in Public Private Partnerships for Investment Efficiency and Effectiveness of Infrastructure Delivery in Nigeria;
iv. Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN): Pertinent Considerations for Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Delivery in Nigeria.
i. Nigerian Tourism Development Authority (NTDA): Major Sports and Cultural Events – Veritable Engine for International Tourism, Peace Building, Social Development, and Economic Growth;
ii. Infrastructure Concession and Regulatory Commission (ICRC): Leveraging on Public Private Partnership for Accelerated Development of Sports & Tourism Infrastructure in Nigeria
iii. Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development: Adopting Innovative Strategies for Post-Event Utilisation and Sustainable Maintenance of Sports Infrastructure and Leisure Facilities in Nigeria.;
